I CUSTOMIZE THE SCREW. BY REPLACING IT WITH FORD'S TRIM HOLDER.INSIDE THE TRIM'S GROOVE, AND REMOVE ALL PAINT, IF YOU NEED MORE PICTURES LET ME KNOW. $28.00 WITH SHIPPING MY E-MAIL IS MAXIMA777@ROADRUNNER.COM THIS ARE THE ONLY ORIGINAL SCREW I REPLACED THE BROKEN ONES WITH FORD'S PART WITH A LITTLE MOD.
