Braden Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 hey guys i was wondering would it be possible to boost an L20b using dual 44mm mikuni carbs? I have this set of carbs that i am going to rebuild, and i have a brand new motor that had 3 thousand miles on it and it was disassembled, honed, re-ringed, and re assembled, so i guess what im saying is new motor + carbs+ turbo, can it be done, can the carbs handle the boost or would they leak or worse, or could i somehow run the carbs before the turbo? i am trying to avoid swapping an sr20det and still gain some power, i had planned on using the carbs in conjunction with a web cam racing profile camshaft Quote Link to comment
