CleverName
I am looking for a front cover for my L20b, mine has been completely eroded where the water pump sits. Let me know if you've got one you're willing to part with. Link to comment

datzenmike
The L20B cover is 285mm tall From oil pan to head. Look at the top right and left side of the L20B cover below. The L20B has a pair of top bolt holes on each side. The L16/18 only has one hole on each side. http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q251/datzenmike/L%20Z%20Heads%20and%20Motors/620enginetimingcover280mmLarge.jpg[/img]"] The L16/18 are both same 265mm height or about 2cm shorter. To prevent the erosion of the water pump cavity on the next timing cover, spend the money on a premium aluminum/cast iron compatible anti freeze with the proper ratio to water and change it for new every two years. There may be some that last 5 years now. Also change the front crank seal for a new one. This will save a headache later when the old dry one doesn't seal against your crank.
