The '83 and up 720 are much wider and vented and same as the D21s. If those rotors are vented then it won't fit the 620 early 720 without converting to later 720 or D21 hubs. Link to comment

My 2wd 86' 720 rotors were different from the D21 rotors (different offset). But to make the D21 rotors work you will need D21 spindles only. The brakes and brackets bolted right up. Link to comment
