Justin
So I pulled my holley carb off and put the weber back on the L16. Now I have an ENORMOUS vacuum leak that I'm having an impossible time tracing. It runs when the accelerator is depressed, but as soon as you let off it dies. I feel like I've plugged every hole I can find, and it's only slightly improved. I'm probably just venting, but if anyone has any idea's on where to go from here, I'd love to hear 'em. sssr20det510
Spray the base plate with carb cleaner see if it changes the idle Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
It is difficult. The worst thing is it might just be an internal problem with the carb and not a leak of the gasket or manifold. I tried to explain my vacuum leak finding methods here: Vacuum Leaks. Hope it helps. Quote Link to comment
