You have a solid axle rear in that, so all you need is a set of blocks and you're good to go. At least I think they're leaf, but maybe coil spring over axle? As far as front, you might see if ground control has anything for them. Depending on shock tube size, probably the same coilover setup for the PL510s would work? Internet digging time.
