BTW, did you have to run wheel spacers with those XXR rims? I have been looking at the 16 X 8.25 O offset ones for my 280-Z

I have decided to go with taller tires to get close to the same ratio that the diff swap would have given me.

Anybody have any cheap 16 x 7 0 offset 4 x 114.3 rims for sale? Style not important.

So who can show me the calculation to find out how fast my car is going with an engine RPM of 5,500 a final transmission drive of 0.864, a 4:38 ring and pinion and a tire diameter of 23.2 inches?

Maybe the fact that they "never made them" explains why they are hard to find LOL. There is a Subie one on CL with no stub axles. Do the subbies use the spring keeper and the Nissan's the bolt in the center? I ran into this nightmare before.

Thanks for the education on this. I have a 4:11 and 4:35 180's but a 3:90 would be better for one track I run. I hate to add the extra weight of the R-200.

Have you had these on a Z car?

+38 seems like a lot. I think my former 15 X 7" Koneigs were 0 offset and fit perfect. Can anyone else chime in on the fitment of these rims?

Anyone in So Cal have some 15 X 6 or 7 inch rims for a Z car? Style and condition not critical as they are for a LeMons race car.

F22C Honda swap

From a standing stop the transmission does not want to go in gear w/o pushing the cluth in twice. Once it is rolling the car shifts fine. My guess is the master cylinder is too small for the HOnda slave cylinder

I found the same part number on some 280z and the zx masters.

 

Just a wild guess but will the larger brake master reservoirs fit maybe?

I don't think the reservoir is too small I think the piston size/stroke is insufficient. Are you saing that the pN for the 510 and Z cars is the same?
