  2. I can't believe it! A Sunday event..... I'll be able to make it out. Looking forward to going!
  3. I have a white '72 2dr with a NA SR20 red top, 44 mikuni's, 240sx trans, JIC coilovers, 16x7/8 RS-8, new rubber/weatherstripping, R-180 non-LSD if you are interested. Needs a few odds & ends, such as a new wiper motor, speedo hooked up, rear seat reupholstered, but runs well.
  4. Any interest in a white '72 2dr. w/ NA SR20/240sx 5spd, dual 44 Mikuni's, R-180 non-LSD, 16x7 RS-8 fr./16x8 RS-8 rr., all new rubber/weatherstripping and complete interior?
  5. I had to work yesterday/last night. Heading up there now from North Sac. I hope to see a few of you there today.... will be nice a nice drive, and an opportunity to get the car out nonetheless.
  6. Very cool! I'll have to check it out. I can't afford the WCR's either, unfortunately .... :( I'll probably use my current ones for wheel chocks.
  7. Very nice start!! What CV axles are those? WCR? I need some for my '69 build.
  8. Thank you all for the information!! Yes, I am talking about the threaded coolant drain/flush bolt/plug in the right rear of the block. I'll search some local hardware stores and see what I can find or make work. I hate to re-use such a ratty bolt, especially since some of the threads near the head are looking a bit flat. It was a bear to get out, even with my monster pair of vise grips. Surprisingly the block threads look good.
  9. This is a car that I have had about a year now. I am finally getting started on it, trying to do a low-budget  restoration. I am just starting with the basics, getting it in running condition and road legal, refreshing things as much as possible as I work on the needs first. It has an L-16, SU's, and header. I just finished refreshing the cooling system with new hoses, clamps, rodded the radiator, etc. The block drain plug is truly thrashed. It looks like it has been removed numerous times with vise-grips. I couldn't get it out otherwise. What is the size of this plug? 14mm x ? Where can I find a replacement? I have searched, and only come up with oil drain plugs, or bolts that are too long.
  10. I'm interested in the side marker lights. Still have them?
  11. Hello - I have a '69 510 that I am trying to rebuild/restore, and I am in need of a fuel cap, and fuel filler neck, among other things. Do you have the cap still and/or the filler neck? Can you get the caps new, or a substitute of some kind? By the way, this is a great forum - this is my first post. :D
