  1. what size lash pads would you recommend on a new (not regrind) .475 lift isky cam. i found .175 lash pads which should work i would think on schneider component kits. they also have the choice between doubles and high lift doubles for springs, not sure if .475 will wear out a stock spring or i should get a high lift? opinions?

      What's the duration of your old cam? You have the information to do the math yourself.

      ^^I'm with Jacob. Learn about what you're trying to do, it'll help you in the future when something breaks. The lash caps depend on a lot.

       

      I don't remember what stock springs bind at, but my .475 cam likes to rev with 240Z springs (they are dual springs) Don't know what lash caps I have though.
