rbastedo
I put on the manual choke conversion kit a while back and when I did I left all the auto choke equipment alone if it wasn't in the way of the manual setup. Now I'd like to clean it up a bit by removing things that don't need to be there, only I'm not sure what's needed and what's not. Help? Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
That's a tough question. You can unbolt the choke housing, and remove all the diaphragm stuff, but the linkage ties into it. I don't know exactly how it would work out. Quote Link to comment
rbastedo
That diaphragm that hooks up to the choke shaft was causing some interference so I pulled the pin that connected it. That freed it up a bit and led me to think there might be other stuff I could get rid of. Quote Link to comment
