Alaniz720 Posted May 3 Report Share Posted May 3 Any suggestions on what could be my issue if I am experiencing excessive play in my shifter. Either when I put it in gear or when i’m trying to change gears it almost feels as if its in nuetral with how much play it has. I have already replaced the shifter bushings,rings, and spring. Also will get noise periodically when trying to get into gear. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike Posted May 3 Report Share Posted May 3 There is a plastic cup on the bottom of the shifter? Place in neutral with engine running. Depress clutch and put in neutral. Any grinding? Quote Link to comment
