Mick Whitsel
I've had this truck about 5 years or so just started working on it about a year ago. I needed a vehicle that go good gas mileage so I found a good Isuzu Diesel out of an old Chevy luv and here it is. It get 32 miles per gallon. The rear end is a bit low geared so I just purchased one out of an 87 Hardbody. I guess the hardest thing is going to cut the tail end off the Hardbody drive shaft and weld it the the Datsun. 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
It seems that the U joints are different. Perhaps you might just swap the 720 yoke onto the D21 differential. If both pinion splines are the same. The pinion nut is tightened to 100-120 ft lbs. Quote Link to comment

Mick Whitsel
I'm not sure of the year but they came out of a Chrysler Pacifica 2nd row seats. They fit really good. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 620 bench is terrible and the KC bucket seats far worse. Seats have come a long way in the last almost 40 years. 1 Quote Link to comment
Z23T
Nice engine swap, 32 mpg is impressive. The truck looks good, but it would look even better with a fresh coat of paint on those wheels. Quote Link to comment
