dat_sun720
I am trying to adjust my alignment and I can't figure out how to get rid of the positive camber I have in the front. I've tried loosing the bolt to the torsion bar but it does not appear it did anything at all. Is there something I am missing? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Well the torsion bar adjustment does affect the toe in/out and the camber but that's not how you correct either. First set to factory ride height. This will likely fix the camber problem. If you are trying to lower or raise the ride height more than an inch this will adversely change the camber. If the camber is only slightly negative you can remove the shims between the frame and the spindle on the upper control arm. These shims are only to correct for minor factory errors in production. If the camber is positive you can practically add all the shims you like but add equal numbers to both positions. Quote Link to comment
