Datsun 520, j15 stutter when hit

My truck starts hard some of the time but the runs fine, after running for 30ish minutes it starts to stutter when accelerating or holding speed. It also cuts out when revving down. It started doing it a little bit after I replaced the head gasket, valves are adjusted right, just put new alternator on, new plugs and wires, and points seem to be set correctly and clean. What could the issue be?

You probably have that glass fuel filter so try replacing it with a plastic inline one, just easier. This may not help but it's cheap and easy to do and unless you know when it was replaced last is probably years over due.
