you might have the wrong timmingplate mount(diizy pedastals). There were 2 types.

You either have to move the spindal a tooth in the direction you want it. or find the correct mount.

or remove the 10mm bolt and just get a MINI C clamp to hold the dizzy down till you figure this out.

 

But if moto is TDC 0 on the pulley and oil spindal is in the 11.28 position you have everything correct.

then its the above statement
