While waiting for an answer or a new part to arrive you can jumper around the fuel shut off relay and at least drive your truck. Make a short jumper with spade terminals crimped on the ends and connect it to the White wire and the White/Black stripe wires on the plastic plug in connector. This will give you power to the fuel pump only when the ignition is on.
