I have bought 2 and installed one on my 521(510 are the same) I beleive most need a spacers cause they but right up to the core support and I had to route my light wires, ect over the top but it looks OK. It was leaking ta tiny bit but I put some(not alot) radiator seal in there and has been fine and also used my stock radiator cap. Seems ok now. I will later drain it and see if it leaks as I dont leak Rad seal in there but be honest it runs rreal cool . So much I have to add a cardboard in winter so I can get the heat up inside. Buy same 1/4 plastic spacer and glue them to the holes of th rad so they dont fall down trying to mount rad. Get a 620 rad and 620 for that year your using so your hoses line up correctly.
