TotalPleb
It does still stall out though, but that might just be because all of the plugs are carbon coated from running rich, as well as the timing still needing adjustment (which I'm going to leave to a professional so I don't mess it up like my other car (the orange one in my profile pic)). nl320what
When does it stall out, in gear accelerating/reving above 3k rpm/specific scenario? Inquiring minds must know :) Quote Link to comment
TotalPleb
It happen when I went from 2nd to neutral at a stop. I might need to adjust the idle speed. I am having an issue where turning the truck off isn't the end of it and it tries to start itself again. Quote Link to comment

But other things like the timing and internal carb issues will exacerbate this. A Weber is looking better and better. Quote Link to comment
TotalPleb
Where is the solenoid located? Edit: It's the little thing on the carb, right? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
There is a filter (ans a magnet) in the base of the electric pump to protect it from crap in the tank. The bottom just twists off. Quote Link to comment
