The release bearing collar, or 'sleeve', or 'housing' is simply clipped lightly to the two ends of the clutch fork. Just grab it by hand and pull forward and off the end of the transmission input shaft.

Once off the clutch arm (or fork) the bearing can be removed from the collar with a gear puller.
