M8-1.25.  Originally there were two studs, (headless threaded rods) that screwed into the aluminium head, and you put a gasket, a plastic spacer, a second gasket, and then the fuel pump.  Then each stud got a flat washer, a split lock washer, and then the nut.

Tightening torque, on the oil strainer, that uses M8-1.25 bolts is 5.8 to 8.7 foot pounds.  That is more than enough for the fuel pump nuts.

It's just a regular metric stud (not a bolt), M8 size I think. Being small it requires small torque.

 

Take it down to NAPA or autozone and they'll match it up for you.
