datzenmike
Having lifted my 620 4" I can say it's simple enough. Things to watch for are the rad support will rise, lifting the rad... which will rip the rad hoses. The rad must be loosened and bolted on about 4" lower so the hoses and fan fit the shroud. Brake lines are coiled and will stretch out on the fronts. The rear lines are on the frame so nothing changes. Shocks are also on the frame as is the gas tank but the filler hose is on the body which will stretch the filler tube and hose so watch that. Trans case shifter is very close to the tunnel, and shifter is now 4" lower. Steering column has a collapsible spline and U joint so shouldn't have a problem there. Flex line for the slave should work or get a longer brake flex line. I think it was the one from the frame down to the 3 way fitting on the differential. I forget. Quote Link to comment
720newbie
Awesome I'm thinking of doing the 3" body lift cause I plan on straight axling it later but I wanna run at least 31's plus I have always had lifted rigs so stock height is kinda weird Quote Link to comment
