710waggy
I have a 74 710 wagon and I am going to put a ka24de in it, I have been through the fourms looking for someone who has tried or questioned using the McKinney 510 mount kit but came up with nothing. I know that there are differences in the motor mounting points and how they attach to the cross member but I also know that the two cross members are identical as far as chassis mounting points. I contacted McKinney about this and they said that it wont bolt up nut I just think they are unaware of the similarities between the two vehicles seeing as how most people look at you like your crazy when you say Datsun 710. Any info/links will be greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
510T
Lots of good pictures of the crossmember in this KA-710... http://community.ratsun.net/topic/34157-indys-ka710-wagoon-160j-sse-replica/ Quote Link to comment
INDY510
I don't think it will work ... the 710 crossmember puts the motor a few inches farther back than a 510 crossmember ... and the LCA's might not be in the right place if it will even bolt up .... Don't do it Quote Link to comment
