miamo452
Hey all! Basically I just have a quick question. I recently discovered a considerable amount of rust on a part of the frame and require a pre-fabricated part to weld in. Basically that's my only choice for it if I want it to be strong enough. Where would I be able to get said piece? Cheers! Quote Link to comment
Tristin
Youre going to need to cut that from another 510 (preferably ones thats being parted/wrecked) or youre going to have to find someone to fabricate you a piece. There are no currently available inner front fender wells. Quote Link to comment

Ratwagon1600
Yep, what Tristin said. Your best option is to get a replacement piece off another shell. I'd start by cutting off the inner fender brace which is certainly fuck edd That will give you an idea of what the sheet metal is like underneath. Ideally, you only want to replace the u shaped support rail piece. I've done a half cut front replacement on these and it's a shit of a job. Mind you, if you were in Aus I'd have a spare front piece for you :) Good luck with it and make sure you post pics of the progress. Quote Link to comment
