Tranny bolts up, wiring can be done multiple ways with the easiest being a can/am box (can be found on this forum), you can use a 720 drivers side mount on the passenger side and a 240sx driver side mount on the drivers side and itll bolt up. If its a 240sx block youll need to convert the oil pan and pickup to a rear sump, if you're using a truck block you'll be fine.

The KA will physically bolt to the 510's 4 speed, hell it will bolt to any L series transmission but it won't work that way. L series and KA motors are mounted about 20 degrees different lean on them. The transmission won't sit properly and the rubber mounts will be twisted and rip out... if you can even get the bolts in.

What you really need is a Z or KA series (preferably a stronger KA) transmission with the proper lean to it.

My bad... I was under the impression this question was related to dropping into a 720... disregard the tranny info.
