CameronT
Does anyone know where the headlight relay for the headlights are? It's in a early model 77 620 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
On the passenger side inner fender ahead of the hood hinge probably under the black plastic box cover. The front most relay is for the horn but the next one back should be the light relay. It has 5 wires to it.. Red Red/Black Red/Yellow Red/White and Red The relay grounds either the high beams or the low beans. No lights is not likely the relay. Failure to switch between hi and low could be the relay Quote Link to comment
Slixon
More than likely the switch. I've been thru that before. Quote Link to comment
CameronT
Well we wired toggles to the original switch, I tried a new switch and it still failed, toggles won't work either, it's got me tied up and can't drive at night:( Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Power flows this way... Battery.... fusible link..... light switch.... to hi and low beams..... headlight relay which selects hi or low and grounds either depending on hi/low switch in cab. Quote Link to comment
