SASdatsun Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 So I sunk my 82 4x4 datsun and ruined the z22. I had a z24 laying around so I rebuilt and I'm gonna try to stick it in today. Has anybody done this and know what problems I'll encounter? I'm a little worried if the oil pan is going to clear the front end Quote Link to comment
elmerfudpucker Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 Watch the hose to the clutch slave, it can get pinched between the motor and tranny during re-install. As far as the pan, I dont own a 4x4 at the moment...but I hear a few mudders coming.. Quote Link to comment
