captaingamez
so on my 1984 maxima, the flywheel anf flex plate bolts show as being the same. but I ordered the flywheel for a 280zx turbo, to gain the 240mm surface. can I use my original bolts or do I need the 280zx turbo ones? 1 Quote Link to comment
izzo
I'd bet they are the same. Flywheel and bolts should be the same, it'd be the engine internals, Ecu programming, intake etc that would be different. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Yes flex plate and flywheel bolts are the same for the Maxima. First time I ever heard of that, so I just checked. The 280zx L28E and L28ET flywheel bolt is not the same part number as the Maxima. It is the same as all car L20B and Z20 motors though. Having sheared off my flywheel bolts I would suggest asking on here for any Non truck L20B bolts for a standard transmission car Quote Link to comment
