Grandpa's 86 720

Recommended Posts

My grandfather (now deceased) bought his 86 720 new form the dealership. It was a farm/work truck since day1! I have great memories of riding in it as a kid, slammed full of tools there was barely enough room for me to sit. He finally passed it on to my cousin, who drove it for years and then passed it to me. While deployed in Kuwait my other cousin stole it form me (tricked my POA to give him the title). After 7 years of being pissed off and ultimately hating my cousin, he returned it. I actually just got it back on the 16th (my birthday). Truck has 314K miles and still runs great! I have decided to give it a little love and do some minor mods. Lowering, rare SSR wheels, dual 45 DCOE Weber carbs, ect. ect.....

Here are some pics

There was also a set of chrome (steel I think) wheels. I didnt get a pic cause my phone died. Thinking about picking them up tomorrow if the price is right. Nothing fancy but look different than most wheels I've seen.
