aintnobiscuit
I purchased a full brake kit from Troy Ermish a while back, which to my surprise, does not have any way to hook up the e-brake cable. Anyway, I was curious if anybody knows the part # he uses for the rear calipers. I am at work and don't have the parts with me so i can't compare the specs to this other rear caliper I found. Hoping to contact wilwood and see if I can do some sort of exchange/upgrade since i have the original box, etc... if not, I'll probably just wait purchase down the road and sell the ones I have on the car now. There is a seller on ebay who sells kits with these part #s and says they will work, but i want to check the specs against each other to make sure they are the same (or similar). http://www.wilwood.com/Calipers/CaliperProd.aspx?itemno=120-9808-BK http://www.wilwood.com/Calipers/CaliperProd.aspx?itemno=120-9809-BK Thanks! aintnobiscuit
yeah, i understand that, lol... but it doesn't mean i don't want to drive it on the street... park on a hill... etc. Quote Link to comment
nustad
You could keep the calipers and go with a hydraulic brake. Look up hydraulic brake in the how to section. Quote Link to comment
aintnobiscuit
Thats what I was already considering, but CA law states that any car driven on the street must have a parking/emergency brake that will still work in the event the main braking system fails. Probably never be an issue, but I like to avoid problems when i can. thanks for the input guys Quote Link to comment
