converted_to_datsun
So I picked up this sears good vibrations beach cruiser made in the 60's to restore for my wife to ride. I've been working on it here and there when I remember. Should have been done a long time ago but it's not top of my list. Here's what it looked like when I got it I thought the chain guard was cool haha Then I tore it all down and soaked parts in solvent, sanded and primed all the prices. I polished the chrome on the wheels and put new tubes on wrapped with new white walls. And the end plan is to find a new goose neck for the handle bars and some fenders. The color is going to be candy apple red with white high lights. Painted the chain guard to see how I like it. Probably more paint comming soon but I spend most of my time working on my 620 Quote Link to comment

darrel
Did you make a stencil for the lettering on the chain guard? Quote Link to comment
converted_to_datsun
A stencil would have been cool but I didn't think of that. I can use that pic to recreate it tho then I'll probably pinstripe free hand Quote Link to comment
