Your tie rod end links are good to replace if you have sloppy steering. Also sway bar endlinks. And tension bar bushings... Anything and everything under there that looks like a worn or cracked rubber bushing really... When my truck hit the 300k mile mark I had to do this... And instead, I just did a solid axle swap... Lol.
