tranny swap estemated time

i got my 5 speed outta the parts truck and i want to swap it in about how long would it take ???ive done trannies before but they were three times as heavy lol ...is the 620 4 speed and 5 speed the same clutch? should i just unbolt the slave cylender and unbolt the tranny and switch or what all is involved i wanna get this thing moving along they are both 620 trannies

Unbolt the slave and tie the push rod in place or fluid pressure will push it out. Tie out of the way. Disconnect the battery and remove starter bolts and hang it out of the way. Drain tranny, remove speedo cable and unplug wires. Unbolt the drive shaft from the rear end, remove hanger bearing and pull drive shaft from back of tranny. Remove X member and unbolt tranny mount. Unbolt tranny from motor.

 

The 620 L20Bs all had 225mm clutches. I guess you could R&R in a day if no problems.
