where would one find the 'under dash' for my 521

if you look at this add, you see a dash with a complete underdash for heater vents, etc..

where would one find such a thing? I've looked all over, and cant seem to find it... and im not buying that doods truck to get it.

Those aren't heater vents. That is an underdash Air Conditioner unit. It at one time contained the A/C controls (which appear to be missing) along with the A/C vents, A/C blower motor, and evaporator. They're pretty rare, as they were a dealer option. Of course to make it work you'd also need all the components that went under the hood too (compressor & brackets, reciever/dryer, condenser, and all the plumbing)

hmm, cool. i dont want ac... but, that has a nice 'finished' look. wonder if I can find those parts somwhere... perhaps I need to just build a nice underdash dash for myself, prolly pretty easy. then I dont have to have the vent holes.
