wow, this question is too vague and you should have at least posted this in the 510 section.

Is this an L series engine? Do you have an electric fuel pump? If this is the stock fuel pump you will not hear it turn on because it is mechanical. It will be located on the head on the passenger side of the car.

1. Do you have fuel in your tank? I dont care if your gauge says you have a full tank, do you have fuel in it?

2. When is the last time you changed your fuel filter?

The stock mechanical fuel pump is reliable and very rarely goes out. if you have no fuel at the filter (behind the passenger side headlights, if you are stock)then it is most likely a bad fuel pump.

What year car are you even talking about .?? Is the engine in a 510 or a 200sx .? Try running a ground and positive straight from battery to pump , ( speaker wire works good ) ,so to go around any relays or bad wiring if it works it could be a fuse, relay or mouse eaten wiring.

Try here,, but you will need more info than " it looks like a stock 510 pump " to get any help.
