Eomund
welp, finally got the cash to install a webber. i was able to get it installed today. actually pretty easy swap. i had to rob the throttle linkage from the old carb though as the webbers wouldn't work. i'll get some pics up tomorrow. keep in mind this is after some crazy cleaning i had to do on the whole fuel system. i guess sitting for several years with no gas cap is bad huh? the tank was sooooooo gummed up. i used naval jelly to clean the tank, and then re painted it to avoid rust. i used the compressor to make sure the lines were clear and all new fuel lines all 'round. the previous dope used vacuum line in some of the fuel line locations. so far, running pretty sweet with the new setup but i havent had the chance to drive it much yet. will do a little more tomorrow. oh and in the process, i found my bed is only being held on by 2 bolts. i'll be fixing that in a hurry.
