slayer
OK, i have no idea what i need so i am throwing this out for input. in about 2 weeks i am putting a weber on my 620. suggestions on where to buy them from. do i just need an adapter plate to go between my intake and the weber or do i need a new intake. if both are options what are the pro's and con's? and of course if there is any thing i am missing please fill me in. thanks ahead of time for your input. i was thinking of this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Datsun-510-610-Pickup-Weber-Conversion-Kit_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33550QQihZ014QQitemZ330230604879QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
Any Weber DGV type carb will need an adapter to run on any stock intake. There are aftermarket intakes as well, though AFAIK they are out-of-production though pop up for sale occasionally. Quote Link to comment
slayer
is it worth it to try to find one of those intakes or just go with the adapter plate... Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
I run the adapter (NOT The one in the kit, though- I use a Trans-Dapt adapter that's pretty tall, or the 2-piece Mitsubishi Redline adapter) but the Offenhauser manifold is a lot cleaner. Quote Link to comment
