EricJB Posted March 27, 2012 Report Share Posted March 27, 2012 The DFV is pretty close to the DGV. It has a different top. The horn, and filter mount are a diamond shape. And the throttle swings opposite of the DGV. but the jetting should be pretty close. I haven't run a DGV in years, and the only one I have is out on loan, or I would pull the top and give you some #s. 180 seems huge, but I dont recall the sizes I ran. The DFV is what Redline sold for the VW rabbit. There should be a ton of info for them. The A in DFAV just means it origanally came with a water (aqua) choke. Quote Link to comment
