Had to travel up north of seattle to get her though. sat in the front yard for oh about 8 month's before I had a chance to tear in to it to see what was the problem. Pulled valve cover off and just a rocker arm seat that had come out was making all the racket. On top of that they had the wrong webber carb on it, so got a new one and couldn't figure out why all the blowby. Decided to park her and see what else we could find. Here's the oics. I have noticed that the PO welded closed the crank case vent tube. I tried to un-thread it with no success. Is there a way to remove this and put a new one on? here's some oics.
