VicePrez
Hey!!! Im Matt, From Bemidji, MN, New to the forums, just Ratsun just a couple days ago, Been readin up. I bought a 72' 510 Almost a year ago on 05/06/07, its been a project since, bought it non runnin, has original 10K miles on it, then it was turned into a race car. Im guessin it was a Dragger, since it had 12" wide tires in the back(With AR Libres All around.) Has a cammed L16 (can't remember the grind,) Dual Weber 40s also, I have yet to get the motor running since ive been working on the body. I have torn the car Completely down, ready to sand it down but I cant, Simply because my dad wont let me sand in the same building with his 68' Vette and 1919 Oldsmobile in there. So I am in the process of painting my new Garage for my projects which I can sand all I want!!! Hopefully get the car sanded, painted and on the road before the summer ends, then possibly next year Ill swap the Lil L16 for something a little more powerful. Heres Some pics before the tear down... You may have seen this on Ebay awhile back!!! (Note, the Back Flares are gonna be gone.) SRY about the foggy Camera. Quote Link to comment

Eastcoast521
My mom went to college at Bemidji State but was born in Shevlin and grew up in Bagley. I don't think Shevlin even has a stoplight but it does have a guy who sells a lot of old cars, mostly Model A and T Fords. Your car is a great start. Get it up and running and enjoy it before it starts snowing. Quote Link to comment

pope_face
Nice... I like the colour. And I agree, get it done and enjoy it. You can work on it in the garage when it snows. Welcome to the forum. Quote Link to comment
