ggzilla Posted November 24, 2011 Report Share Posted November 24, 2011 Gasket you can get from Nissan. Phenolic spacer maybe too. Or the wrecking yard. Or from a ratsun member. In the short term, you can run it without. It's purpose is to isolate the carburetor from engine heat, so that less HC evaporates. It's for emissions control, but it also helps stabilize the carb temp for closer jetting. Quote Link to comment
