pgdc Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 Hey, Yeah, I'm new to this site. Been a 510 owner for a little over a decade now. It's been a slow project but one that has been pretty well kept up. I've driven across the country twice in that thing. Most recently about a year and a half ago when moving out to LA (from the east coast). Anyway, the most recent issue that is getting to be slightly more immediate has been replacing the driveshaft. I have an LZ22 with a 280z tranny (of the 77-79 breed). After doing some searching around, I haven't been able to find even a regular driveshaft, much less a spare shortened one. If anyone has a lead on one, I'd be totally interested. I haven't been up to the Eagle Rock meetup yet. That would probably be a wise stop. dennis Posted November 10, 2011 Report Share Posted November 10, 2011 If you cannot find one just take it in to a driveshaft shop and have them shorten a stock one for you. Shouldnt be too much money, around 100.00 or so. Nice 510, do you have any more pics? Quote Link to comment
