laniadude
What's the correct setting for the brake master pushrod? I notice that when I put my master cylinder on, before it sits flush with the booster the pushed is already pushing the master cylinder. Is it supposed to do that? Quote Link to comment

I'm not an expert, but I don't think it should be engaging the MC while the pedal is "neutral". Might want to wait to see what senior members on the forum have to say though, I could be wrong. laniadude
I did a little research..... you're right... it's not supposed to engage until the pedal is pressed.... Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
The spring inside the master is very stiff, I doubt the booster is strong enough to move it. Yes, be sure to check that you have about 2 or 3 mm (1/16") of peddle movement before there is any strong resistance. Quote Link to comment
