Jacobszabo Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 hey guys im new here and driving my 1982 datsun210 and it isnt fast enough i might be trading my low rider for a ka but dont know if i want to waste my time putting it into the 210 or waitin till i get a decent 510..if i dont put the ka in i think i still want to put a L series in it whatcha think? CharlieBucket Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 i have a 77 b210, and have been debating the same thing. i can't decide really. what motor does the 82 have? i have been thinking about ka, sr{to expensive} vg30e and l20b. of course i will probelly keep the a14 as long as it lasts, but i'd like to start building a motor in the garage. datzenmike Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 The 210 was built for 4 years, the last being the 1982 model year. The 210 was replaced by the Nissan/Datsun Sentra. If in good sound shape keep it. The KA should be easier to find and with lower mileage so go that route. Be sure to get the tranny and rad, aassume yours is a standard?
