Zombro
I noticed some water flowing into my cabin the other day. What is supposed to prevent water from entering the cowl in front of the windshield? My friend drives a D21 and his is way different. Anyone else having this issue? Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The 620 (and most) have drain holes on either side that get covered by leaves and crap like maple keys. Take the wipers odd and remove the cowl and clean them out. Quote Link to comment
Eagle_Adam
Anyone else having this issue? ya - probably every 620 owner - lolz  The 620 (and most) have drain holes on either side that get covered by leaves and crap like maple keys. Take the wipers odd and remove the cowl and clean them out. ^^^^ this was an issue i had but on top of that i ended up tracing my leaks into the cabin back to a few worn/dried out firewall grommets. The best way to figure this out is to get a friend and a hose ( no homo) and sit inside while they soak your truck. I ended up having to do this several times to find all the leaks, and i live in Oregon so leaks can be a real PITA! good luck  Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The windshield can also have a leak anywhere, even at the top. Water flows around the gasket and drips out a long way from where the real leak is. The cab can rot (from leaves and dirt) around the seam with the plenem/cowel. Quote Link to comment
Zombro
I'll check under the cowl and see what I can find. Guessing windshield is not the issue but will keep it in mind. Thanks er'body. Quote Link to comment
