FutoFab Flipped Crossmember Service for '68 -'73 Datsun 510's.

Need your front crossmember flipped? Just ship it to FutoFab, we can do it for you.

We have created a jig that holds the crossmember’s ends permanently in place from start to finish of the process. This insures accuracy and correct fitment on reinstallation.

The unaltered crossmember is bolted into our jig. The jig and cross member, together are placed into a commercial cut-off band saw to make the needed cuts, the center is flipped and welded back into place. The ends of the crossmember never leave the jig until the part is welded back together. We also remove the curled leading lip that is now facing reward. Our basic paint finish is Rustoleom or we will sandblast and powder coat the part for an additional $95. The customer is responsible for initial shipping to FutoFab and making sure the crossmember is cleaned of all grease and in suitable condition to be modified.

Turnaround time on pre-scheduled orders is 3 work days maximum; add 5-7 for powder coating.

Crossmember re-work is $125 plus return shipping and handling, with the basic paint finish

Sand blast and powder coat finish in semi gloss chassis black is $95 additional
