HRH
Take out the plug for that cylinder, see if it looks lean. Other than that, remove the injector and take it to be spray-tested/cleaned. Actually, remove all four while you're at it. Should be less than $100 to get all four cleaned and spray mapped before and after. Quote Link to comment
Spades
Do you have a scan tool or lab scope at your disposal? multimeter? anything? Do you have a CEL? what are the stored and pending codes if so? If not, my advice would be to have them flow tested. The only way to find a bad injector is with diagnostics...you have to catch them in the act with a scan tool or labscope, or ohms test them, or half a dozen other ways, and even then, the flow can still be off or it can be plugged slightly, that it would be near impossible to catch it while it was doing it. If you do not have to tools or time to narrow down, the best thing to do is pull them all out, and send them in(call around shops before you pull them though, it can get expensive, and it may be cheaper to put new ones in then drive a long distance to a very expensive shop, depends on the shops rates and how cheap you can get a new quality brand or nissan injector).
