New exhaust!! (Kinda)

Recommended Posts

I've got plans to change up my current exhaust setup, and my local exhaust guys cut out and straight piped the A series with 2'' pipe, for the larger LZ that's going to go in sometime. For the time being, it's straight. It'll change in a short bit, when I make the final descision on the final muffler plan, but for now, here it is! Not as loud as it seems though.

try getting a long glasspack to get rid of the rasp and the some of the popping...it will cut the volume enough to be legal and if you get a straight-through flow design glasspack(non-louvered core), it will perform about the same as straight pipe. I would not suggest a glasspack under 18 inches, or it will create a higher pitched sound and will not do much for the popping and rasp(as long as it is a true straight-through design glasspack, the louvered ones can quiet an engine up at only 12 inches in length).
