dirtboy411 Posted April 24, 2011 Report Share Posted April 24, 2011 im gonna be in the process of looking for a sr20 motor to swap in my lil car. any leads or hook ups would be great. just had a LS1 chevy motor in my shop that was gonna be givin to me for free but im not a chevy fan nor do i want that motor in my dottie. ill be fine doing a sr swap. got a very very good fab guy that can do the work. so let me know. thanks peeps. . gcmustang Posted April 24, 2011 Report Share Posted April 24, 2011 Get that R16 running before you decide to modify your car. There really is not much room in the 411 and the SSS is fairly rare. Would be a shame to swap it out Link to comment
dirtboy411 Posted April 24, 2011 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2011 im ordering valve gaskets and some brake stuff next week for the r16 finding some rust around the engine bay so im gonna take the motor out clean it up and engine bay. gotta get some metal cure stuff and repaint it. then put the motor back in. im not doing anything yet just wanna have the motor on the side for later when my bro gets his 52 willys done.
