Anyone Know Of A Diagram That Works? Nothing Fancy BMW Projectors With Regular Hb4 Bulbs On A 620 :) Quote Link to comment

zerow Posted March 24, 2011 Report Share Posted March 24, 2011 Make sure the fuses are correct inside the fuse box. This will be the amperage you need when you run the relays. Once you have that figured out, then the fun begins on correctly wiring the H4s The wattage for an H4 bulb is 60 watts (An electrical engineer will eventually correct me here...) 60 Watts / 12 volts = 5 Amps draw. 5 Amps of Draw X 4 Headlights = 20 Amps...You shouldn't be blowing any fuses with 25 Amps or 30 Amps...
