chevygirl85 Posted February 5, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 5, 2011 Sorry it has taken me so long to get back and give an update! Ok so here's what is going on.. I performed a compression check before anything else and read 140-150. Inspected some more for vacuum leaks and none still seem to be present.. I sprayed the carb down and made sure nothing was sticking or binding. Everything seems to be working fine but I was wondering if anyone had a picture of all the throttle linkage and springs etc..it looks like I am missing a couple of pieces as far as linkage goes but I am not positive Thanks for the help! chevygirl85 Posted February 11, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 Update: took the stock carb off and inspected further and found it cracked and very worn out...I also found out from a friend that I am indeed missing a linkage..I was able to find a rebuilt weber for $80 and I ordered the adapter plate.
